Refund & Cancellation Policy - WeBreak Global | Secure & Transparent Data Handling

At Rishikesh Tour & Travels, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers must request cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are only applicable after 48 hours of booking our tour and trip services.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled trip, no refund will be provided.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are strictly non-refundable.
2.Refund Policy
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • If Rishikesh Tour & Travels, a venture of WeBreak Global OPC Pvt. Ltd., cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, operational issues), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip, with no processing fee charged.
3. Modification Policy
  • Customers may request date modifications, subject to availability.
  • All modification requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip.
  • Customers may request data deletion by contacting our support team.
