• Once a booking is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing all necessary details, including itinerary, payment receipts, and travel guidelines.
• In case of customized travel packages, additional documents or information may be shared before the travel date.
• If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please contact our customer support team.
